Hi,
Many thanks for your words.
For users of Miele tumble dryer brand I like to share the way I managed to remove, clean and put back the condensation pump of Miele heat pump type tumble dryer T8967WP Softtronic EcoComfort.
Important first remove the plug of the machine from the socket so disconnected it from the electric circuit.
Important second if you do not have knowledge on electricity please consider contacting the qualified professional electrical technician.
If you go on please mind the following.
The condensation pump is placed down and back side in the machine between the drum and two belts engine.
The condensation pump is hold by two light plastic brackets on its short side and two small torx screws on its long side, as one needs a short screw driver or another tool.
After I removed it I found that there was sewage sludge around the lower parts of the pump and in the water container around them.
The machine works properly after cleaning the condensation pump. It does not stop working anymore by faulty message “Empty the water tank” as it is actually empty.
The machine has been working about one hour in two cycles daily since year 2010 by all filters have been properly cleaned and even replaced four filters with newly bought ones but not at all cleaning inside body of the machine.
I cleaned also fluff and debris of dried clothes inside the body of the machine.
After having through the years several combined wash & dry machines of brands Siemens Made in Germany, Ariston and two Candy machines I was quite impressed seeing ultimate workmanship inside body of German Miele tumble dryer.
